I created the Embody Online Movement Studio Membership to support change-makers who know that giving their best means being at their best.
In my eighteen years of experience as a Movement Therapist, Coach, and Gyrotonic Master Trainer I have developed an approach to strategic one on one support that helps my clients to regain energy, relieve chronic pain and be at their best.
I designed the Embody Online Movement Studio Membership to deliver this strategic support through one on one coaching and online support resources.

#1- 8 Week Introductory Assessment and Program
To get started we will work with you for eight sessions over eight weeks to assess your movement and wellness goals and get you started with an at-home program.
#2- Weekly or Bi-Monthly Ongoing Private Movement and Health Coaching Sessions.
After the initial 8 week Introductory program you can continue with our monthly coaching membership for ongoing support.
#3- Access to The Embody Online Studio Exercise Portal and Monthly Virtual Masterclasses
As part of your 8-week Introductory Program and the Monthly Membership, you will have access to our Embody Online Movement Studio resources to support your home practice. As well as monthly Movement Masterclasses to connect as a community.

An 8 Week Introductory Assessment and Customized Program
We will get you started with an 8 Week Introductory Program where we will work with you virtually, via zoom, or in person in our Atlanta Studio to assess you health and movement needs and create a customized daily practice programs to address your needs.
Monthly Ongoing Private Coaching
When you complete your Introductory program, we offer an ongoing monthly membership to support you on a regular basis with weekly or twice monthly sessions.
Access to our Embody Online Movement Studio Portal
As part of your 8-week Introductory Program and the Monthly Membership, you will have access to our online resources to support your home practice. We also offer Monthly Master classes in Gyrokinesis and Corrective Exercise to support your practice.I'M IN!
